How Does AVODA Measure Success?

Good day Joshua and AVODA leaders.

I wanted to personally share a small, but meaningful win, and express my sincere gratitude for the guidance and training I received at AVODA School of Entrepreneurship in the recently concluded August cohort 2025.

Enjuu Living Company Ltd is a Ugandan, design-led, sustainability company that operates at the intersection of eco-interiors, wellness products, and sustainable livelihoods. Our work combines creative design, practical innovation, and socially grounded impact.

Enjuu recently won a contract to design and furnish CPF, a Kenyan-based company seeking to expand horizons of financial services and pension housing operation to Uganda. I can confidently say that elements of this success and winning this contract were influenced by what I learned during the AVODA program—particularly the soft-core skills and AI tools sessions.

The training sharpened how I structure ideas, communicate value, present confidently to clients, and make informed, timely decisions.

The exposure to AI tools also improved the way we prepared visual concepts, proposals, and presentations, helping us respond faster, more clearly, and more professionally during the procurement and client engagement process.

Beyond technical skills, AVODA instilled a stronger sense of clarity, confidence, and discipline in how I run and position my business.

In addition, and most importantly, AVODA reinforced in me a commitment to lead my business with integrity, excellence, and stewardship—principles that align with my conviction of building Enjuu Living as a Christian, values-led enterprise that seeks to honor God through quality work, ethical practice, and service to others.

Thank you for your mentorship and faith in practical, values-rooted entrepreneurship. I am grateful to be building on the foundation AVODA has provided, and proud to carry forward its impact as an alumnus.
